The Cornwall Conservation Trust was established in 1987 to preserve important natural area or wildlife habitat, open space, water resources including wetlands, and working prime agricultural areas.
The Trust has helped preserve 25 properties in Cornwall, totaling almost 1,200 acres. Their preservation land includes Welles Preserve, Rattlesnake Preserve, Day Preserve, Ballyhack Preserve and Hart Farm Preserve.
